Shanghai Soap Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shanghai Soap Co., Ltd., was founded in 1923 and has a history of more than 90 years. Since 1955, Shanghai Soap Factory has been exporting soap to the former Soviet Union and some countries in Eastern Europe through the China Light Industry Foreign Trade Import and Export Corporation.
